Apartment buildings are located in a residential park Residence Lipno, directly above the Adventure Golf and Amenity Lipno, where you can spend time in case of bad počasí.Je a restaurant, wellness, fitness, bowling, climbing wall, golf simulator, squash. One of the most beautiful trails in the Czech Republic leads directly below the resort and the sandy beach just 3 minutes. In winter the ski bus stops and only stop you divide directly from the slopes and bobsleigh runs. Reception is open only for arrivals and departures are pre-ordered. Guests receive their keys. We prefer stays from Saturday to Saturday, but it is not a requirement. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Payment is paid in advance, 50% upon booking and 50% 2 weeks before arrival. On-site at the reception will pay: Refundable deposit 2000, – CZK, which is refundable upon handover of the house and back again, a one-time fee for final cleaning of the house.
