Newly, in higher standard reconstructed original farmstead * in the picturesque South Bohemian village Ponědraž, which lies on the bank of the pond (140 ha) in the PLA Trebon *. Guests are provided with two separate apartments (12 + 9 beds). Each apartment has a kitchen, a lounge with TV, 3 x sanitary facilities with shower (bath) + WC and three bedrooms (2-4 beds). The building is suitable for a quiet family recreation and for group stays. The yard is enclosed lap pool, garden grill, trampoline and sitting under the pergola. * Location * Ponědraž and reach the picturesque South Bohemian village situated on the bank of the pond (140 ha) in the Protected Landscape Area, which is one of the most valuable areas of Central Europe. We can find many endangered species of flora and fauna. The village is situated completely outside the frequent road and therefore is guaranteed absolute peace. Scarce development houses serving mainly for recreation gives the place an idyllic and relaxing atmosphere. Arrival is designed along the local road which leads to the road no.24 joining the town of Veseli nad Luznici (8 km) and Lomnice above the river (4km). * Facilities and Services * The building of the apartment house is located in a quiet village with views of the countryside. This is a new, higher standard reconstructed original farmhouse, while maintaining some elements of folk architecture. It also includes a large enclosed courtyard with a swimming pool with solar heating (average 5.5 m), barbecue and a trampoline. The building is suitable for a quiet family recreation and for group stays. Guests are two completely separate apartments. The larger of them (apartments A) has a capacity of 12 beds. It consists of a lounge with a color TV – SAT, separated by a bar furnished kitchenette with dining area and three bedrooms in the attic of the building (1 × 3 bed, 1 × 4 bed, 1 × 5 beds). Quintuple bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower, for three and four bedroom is a bathroom shared with corner bath. The ground floor is available to guests further separate bathroom with shower and 2 x WC (1 xs urinals). Smaller ones (apartments B) has a capacity of up to 9 beds. Consists of a lounge with a color TV – SAT, furnished kitchen with bar seating and three separate bedrooms (1 × 2 bed, 1 × 3 bed, 1 × 4 bed). Three and four bedrooms are located in the attic of the building and have shared a bathroom with a bathtub. Double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a completely separate barrier-free access from the terrace. It has its own separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It is particularly suitable for holidaymakers with reduced mobility and for the elderly. Guests are still available another separate toilet on the ground floor. Hot water in both apartments is a commonplace. Each apartment belongs to a spacious enclosed courtyard covered porch and stone terrace with sitting under the pergola, which ensures privacy. For all guests there is a sunken pool with solar heating (average 5.5 m), which is situated at the back of the enclosed courtyard, barbecue and trampoline. Both suites are available to guests year round. They are stylish yet modern. In winter, heating is ensured by a fireplace with hot air distribution, or electric. heaters. * Recreation * Ponědraž is surrounded by a number of ponds and flooded sand pits that allow almost all kinds of water sports are a paradise for anglers. The surroundings are very well-marked hiking and biking trails, canoeing a view of tourism is close to the river Lužnice.
