Cottage * Oldřiška * is located in Jeseníky in the picturesque mountain village Štědrákova Lhota. The building is operated all year round and is equipped for these purposes. The building stands directly at the forest, where it is possible to collect mushrooms or wood from our forest. Entrance to the building is from the south side. On this side of the building is also a covered seating area. After entering the building through the porch, where is located a separate toilet with sink, we get to a beautiful vaulted corridor with stylish stone lined walls. At the back of the hallway is a staircase to the floor. On the left side of the hall there is a door to the living room, where on the right side there is a spacious kitchen, which is divided into two parts by a brick bar, in the second part there is a dining room. This is spacious and offers the possibility of sitting together for 25 people. The brick bar is floodlit with spotlights and creates a romantic atmosphere at night. From the kitchen there is a door to the “pantry” with shelves for placing food = year-round refrigerator of 3 × 2 m). Kitchen equipment: glass – ceramic hob + oven, soda – stream, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, deep fryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishes, etc .. The dining room has a TV, fireplace with hot air distribution to the first floor. The dining room, where there are two large tables with comfortable benches, is a passage to a separate living room. Here is a second TV and comfortable couches to relax. Living room with kitchen and dining room + living room has a total area of about 60 m2. On the ground floor there is one stylish bedroom for 3 people. It is a vaulted room with its own floor heating. The bedroom is in the original country style. Very popular. The first floor is interwoven with the original 200-year-old timber roof construction, which gives the whole cottage a touch of good old times. You need to relax – here is the right place. There is 1 bathroom with toilet. There are the remaining 5 bedrooms. Bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping and storage space. In the south side of the cottage is a game room, which offers * Air hockey, billiards, darts, football * – all in a professional design. The outdoor facilities in the large garden are adapted for everyone. Children’s toys, playground, own multifunctional playground with lighting, fireplace, heated swimming pool, seating, sauna, etc. Cottage Oldřiška = ideal place for your holiday or corporate event; ) Cottage accommodation Cottage for rent provides accommodation for 16 to 25 people in 6 bedrooms. Bedrooms and rooms: 6 x separate bedroom (upstairs 4 – 4 – 4 – 5 – 5, ground floor 1 × 3), dining room, living room, kitchen + pantry Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor in the corridor there is: 2x separate toilet, 1 x bathroom with corner bath 150×150 cm, sink + mirror, shower, toilet. On the first floor: 1 x bathroom: WC, washbasin, shower stall. Heating: Heating – central heating. The entire ground floor has underfloor hot water heating – heating is included in the rent. Transport, parking: 20 m from the object is our private parking for about 9 cars. Meals The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher (we do not provide tablets), ceramic hob with oven and accessories, microwave, deep fryer, 2x fridge / freezer, soda stream maker. Of course there is 2 x TV, both in the dining room and in the living room. * Trips, attractions, entertainment * In summer: our private multifunctional playground at the cottage, regularly mowed large garden is equipped with a trampoline, 2x swings, sandpit, children’s house, etc. The garden is separated by a fence. As the name suggests, it is full of trout that you can observe while keeping calm. Directly behind the cottage is a forest, where it is possible to collect free firewood, or in the mushrooming season do not climb mushrooms. If you do not want to go to the woods, we will gladly provide wood for the fireplace in a reasonable amount, for free. Swimming pool 7 × 3 m with wooden pier, Russian skittles, second sitting, Finnish sauna with rest and audio light therapy, grill, fireplace, fireplace, pinpong, volleyball, football and badminton you can play on the playground at the cottage and more. In winter you can use the skating rink on the multifunctional playground (in good weather). In the village there are two ski resorts within 400m from the object.
