• Pension Mahler * is a renovated home of the world-famous composer and conductor Gustav Mahler, who was born here in 1860. The house was then used as a coaching inn. Today the house serves as a guesthouse with a pub and a chamber for various private and corporate events. The slopes can be admired by the beautifully landscaped sepans, dominated by a church dedicated to St. John the Baptist. John the Baptist. The village square features tennis courts, a football pitch, volleyball, a ping-pong table, and a children’s playground with a slide and climbing frames. At the bottom of the village there is a pond designed for sport fishing, which in winter serves as a rink. * Pension Mahler * offers accommodation in six double rooms with an extra bed (one room is accessible by wheelchair access). All rooms are equipped with bathroom. The guesthouse is an ideal and quiet place for a variety of meetings, seminars, intensive language courses, business training or significant celebrations – it also offers * an acoustically perfect * and a spacious hall with a * concert wing *. In the guesthouse you can prepare * special concerts * from the area of opera, musical and classical chamber music at the highest level. Upon prior agreement we will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner according to your wishes. Guests also have an internet-based study, a private car park, and a closed courtyard with barbecue facilities.
